These Terms of Service govern your use of the 60+ Friends mobile application (“the app”), provided by:

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the app. The app is designed for adults who wish to build local friendships and take part in activities.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not use the app to harass, deceive, defraud or harm others, to post unlawful or offensive content, or to collect other users’ data without consent. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the content you add (such as your photo, introduction and messages). You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content within the app so the service can function.
The app helps you connect, but any meeting in the real world is your own decision and at your own risk. Please take sensible precautions and meet in public places.
The core social features are free. Optional Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Where offered, a free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
As digital content supplied immediately, you may be asked to consent to the service beginning right away, acknowledging that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase under EU consumer law. Apple’s refund policies also apply.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We may change these Terms; if the changes are significant we will notify you in the app and, where required, ask for your agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for the conduct of other users.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence in the EU/EEA pursuant to EU Regulation Rome I (Art. 6). For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction pursuant to EU Regulation No. 1215/2012.

Mit der Erstellung eines Kontos oder der Nutzung der App stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.
Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt und geschäftsfähig sein, um die App zu nutzen. Die App richtet sich an Erwachsene, die lokale Freundschaften aufbauen und an Aktivitäten teilnehmen möchten.
Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihrer Zugangsdaten und für Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto verantwortlich. Bitte machen Sie korrekte Angaben und halten Sie diese aktuell.
Sie dürfen die App nicht nutzen, um andere zu belästigen, zu täuschen oder zu schädigen, rechtswidrige oder anstößige Inhalte zu posten, oder Daten anderer Nutzer ohne Einwilligung zu sammeln.
Sie behalten das Eigentum an Ihren Inhalten (z. B. Foto, Vorstellungstext, Nachrichten). Sie räumen uns eine begrenzte Lizenz ein, diese Inhalte innerhalb der App zu speichern und anzuzeigen.
Die App hilft Ihnen beim Kennenlernen, jedes Treffen in der realen Welt liegt jedoch in Ihrer eigenen Verantwortung. Treffen Sie sich an öffentlichen Orten.
Die zentralen sozialen Funktionen sind kostenlos. Optionale Premium-Funktionen werden als automatisch verlängernde Abonnements über den Apple App Store abgerechnet. Ein kostenloser Testzeitraum geht automatisch in ein kostenpflichtiges Abo über, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt wird. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt wird; Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgen in den App-Store-Kontoeinstellungen.
Da es sich um sofort bereitgestellte digitale Inhalte handelt, kann Ihre Zustimmung zum sofortigen Beginn der Leistung eingeholt werden, wodurch das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht für diesen Kauf nach EU-Verbraucherrecht erlischt.
Wir können Funktionen aktualisieren, aussetzen oder einstellen. Wesentliche Änderungen dieser AGB werden in der App mitgeteilt.
Nichts in diesen Bedingungen beschränkt eine gesetzlich zwingende Haftung. Im übrigen wird die App „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt.
Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und Ihr Konto in den Einstellungen löschen. Wir können Ihren Zugang bei schwerwiegenden oder wiederholten Verstößen beenden.
Es gilt spanisches Recht unter Berücksichtigung der zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Wohnsitzlandes in der EU/dem EWR gemäß der EU-Verordnung Rom I (Art. 6). Für Verbraucher gilt der Gerichtsstand ihres Wohnsitzes gemäß EU-Verordnung Nr. 1215/2012.
